We are situated on the North side of Skegness just a two minute walk away from the long sandy beach and a ten minute walk into the town center where you will find a selection of shops for that bit of Retail Therapy, rides and amusements for that bit of excitement and sights and sounds of seaside surroundings.

Skegness also offers a Theatre with many show performances, a Cinema showing the latest films, a bowling alley, seal sanctuary and many other attractions.

For those of you who like to travel further afield, places such as Lincoln, Grimsby, Boston and Mablethorpe are all within easy travelling reach.These places offer many atractions including Cathedrals, churches, shops and other places of interest.

To make you feel at home we are able to offer our guests two lounges with comfortable seating, pleasant surroundings and homely furnishings.Television and reading material are available for guests use.

We offer you breakfast served in the character and cosy atmosphere of our pleasant spacious dining room allowing guests to enjoy eating at their own individual tables but at the same time in the company of other guests.

Being away at the seaside wouldn't be the same without a full English breakfast so to satisfy our guests for their day ahead we offer a full english breakfast to include;

FRUIT JUICE, CEREAL

SAUSAGE, BACON, EGG, HASH BROWN, BEANS AND TOMATO.

TOAST, MARMALADE AND JAM

TEA AND COFFEE.

We are able to offer vegetarian breakfast and other requirements with prior notice.

We do not offer an evening meal service but various restaurants are within easy walking distance from us including, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Steak House, Pub, and of course the good old English Chippy.

We hope that amongst the character features of wooden beams, an open fire place and cosy corners along with a pleasant atmosphere we can offer you an enjoyable and relaxing place to stay.
