From Boston (A52)

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Proceed over roundabout (St. Matthew's Church) to the junction with the promenades (Skegness Pier). Turn left and proceed to the end of North Parade (promenade) and follow the road to the left into Seaview Road. Sunningdale Hotel is on the right side in several hundred yards.
